What we collect

How we use it
- To send the quote, guide or order you asked for, and to answer you.
- To send our email updates on saunas, steam, cold plunge and wellness. You join when you download a guide or sign up, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To fulfill orders: we share your name, delivery address and phone with our distribution partners and carriers so your order ships.
- Installer referrals: only if you ask us for an installer, we share your name, contact details, ZIP code and what you ordered with an independent installer in our network so they can contact you. Installers who apply to our network give us their business and license details so we can check them.
- To show you our ads on other sites and apps.
Advertising and cookies
We may use tools from Google and Meta, including pixels and similar technologies, on this site. These companies may collect or receive information from this site and elsewhere on the internet to measure ads and to show you ads, including ads for our products after you visit.
