Prices and quotes
Prices are in US dollars. Freight items (saunas, heaters, steam generators, tubs and doors) are sold on a written quote that includes freight to your address. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Prices may change without notice until you accept a quote or pay.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when payment clears. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price is listed in error.
Shipping and delivery
Freight items ship on a pallet and are delivered curbside; the driver does not carry them inside. The carrier calls to book a delivery window. Parcel items ship to addresses in the lower 48 states; we quote Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico on request.
Damage in transit
Inspect every freight delivery before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and email them to us the same day. Damage not noted at delivery may not be covered by the carrier.
Returns and cancellations
Contact us before returning anything. Return eligibility, the return window and any restocking fee depend on the product and manufacturer, and we confirm them in writing for your order. Custom, special-order and installed items cannot be returned. Return freight is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
Warranty
Products carry their manufacturer’s warranty, as stated in the product documentation. We help you file the claim. Installation must follow the manufacturer’s instructions and local code to keep the warranty valid.
Installation and safety
Electric heaters and steam generators must be installed by a licensed electrician to the manufacturer’s instructions and local code. Product information on this site is general guidance; the manufacturer’s manual governs.
Installation help
Equipment prices do not include installation. Where we have an installer in your area, we can help arrange installation through an independent, licensed installer from our network. This is optional. Who quotes, contracts and is paid for the installation, and any fee or charge involved, is confirmed with you in writing before any work is booked. The installer is responsible for their workmanship, permits and code compliance. We share your contact details with an installer only when you ask for installation help.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
